DPI Series
About the DPI Series

The Department of Paranormal Investigation is a clandestine federal agency tasked with investigating the cases no other agency can acknowledge. Its work exists beyond public record, buried beneath classified files, sealed evidence lockers, redacted field reports, and official denials.

In the DPI Series, the world is filled with things that should not exist: ancient artifacts with impossible properties, entities drawn from folklore and nightmare, haunted places where reality wears thin, and disappearances that leave behind only damaged footage, impossible witnesses, and questions no one is supposed to ask.

Each story follows a new case pulled from the hidden archive of the Department of Paranormal Investigation. Some begin with a missing person report. Others begin with an object recovered from a forgotten ruin, a local legend that proves too real, or a recording that captures something moving in the dark. By the time DPI arrives, the official explanation is already falling apart.

The series blends supernatural horror, thriller pacing, cryptid folklore, ancient mysteries, and government secrecy into standalone investigations connected by a larger hidden world. Every case reveals another piece of the truth, but in DPI’s world, truth is never clean, never safe, and rarely meant for public release.
