The Kushtaka Footage

Emily Reyes and her friends built their paranormal YouTube channel on abandoned places, local legends, and the hope that one day they might capture something real.

After acquiring a mysterious old compass, Emily and her friends discover that its needle does not behave normally. The needle spins aimlessly until something paranormal is nearby, then steadies, pointing directly toward the source.

When they take the compass into the wilderness of Olympic National Park in search of the Kushtaka, they believe they have finally found their proof. At first, the footage is everything they hoped for. But then the voices begin.

The Kushtaka stalking them knows how to imitate the people they love. It knows how to turn fear into suspicion, isolation into panic, and the forest itself into a trap. As the group retreats to a secluded cabin, their search for evidence becomes a fight for survival.

Translation of the Damned

Dr. Jonathan Whitaker leads a university excavation into the Iraqi desert to uncover the remains of Eridu, one of humanity’s oldest cities. As a Near Eastern archaeologist specializing in Sumerian and Akkadian linguistics, he expects the excavation to yield remnants of a civilization long buried. Instead, his team discovers a four-sided stone stele covered in cuneiform unlike anything in the archaeological record.

New inscriptions begin appearing on the stele overnight, describing events that have not yet happened. At first, the predictions seem impossible to believe. But as accidents, natural disasters, and acts of violence unfold exactly as the stele foretells, fascination gives way to fear. Members of the expedition grow paranoid, tensions rise, and Whitaker begins to realize that the artifact is not merely predicting the future—it is recording events that may be impossible to prevent. With the excavation descending into chaos, Whitaker must decide how far he is willing to go in pursuit of knowledge—and what must be sacrificed to keep the final prophecy from coming true.

The Light of Amentet

After a photograph in a national spiritualist magazine reveals a long-lost Egyptian funerary lamp, Special Investigators Dana Kessler and Mark Halbrook are sent to New Orleans to recover it from renowned medium Celestine Moreau. But before they can reach her, Moreau dies while using the artifact during a séance—and, according to her final wishes, the lamp is sealed inside her tomb.

As Kessler and Halbrook seek legal authority to exhume the body, a thief breaks into the cemetery and steals the lamp before they can recover it. He vanishes in full view of police, leaving behind an impossible mystery and no clear means of pursuit. Identified as Nathaniel Porter, an international artifact trafficker wanted across multiple countries, he becomes the focus of a citywide manhunt. But Porter’s impossible escape suggests the lamp is not the only stolen artifact in play. Kessler and Halbrook must recover the lamp before he can deliver it to his client—and uncover the secret allowing him to remain beyond their grasp.
